Overview

The Scottish Government passed the Carers (Scotland) Act in 2016.  The provisions in the Act shall commence in April 2018.  It is a requirement of the Act that each partnership has a local eligibility criteria for both young and adult carers.  East Renfrewshire is consulting on its draft framework and we would invite you to complete this short survey which will help the local implementation group to evaluate and inform its local framework.  We would ask that you complete all questions as fully as possible.

A copy of the draft framework can be found below in the related documents section.
