Why your views matter

We are consulting because your views are important to us.  We know unpaid carers make a significant and valuable contribution to the health and wellbeing of the citizens of East Renfrewshire.  We know too that 3 in 5 of us will become carers at some point in our lives.  Short Breaks are not new and in East Renfrewshire we recognise they can be vital to sustain the health and wellbeing of our carers and caring relationships.

We are committed to working together to improve the lives of unpaid carers and welcome your feedback to know if this statement succeeds in its purpose to promote choice and control for carers and the people they care for by providing the right information.
