Covid-19 has impacted all aspects of our lives, and the Council’s work supporting people through the pandemic has highlighted how much future priorities have changed.

For example, digital connectivity is now even more important to enable businesses and communities to remain connected while physically distanced. Similarly, we know that more people will need support from our welfare and other frontline services as a result of the pandemic.

We therefore need to refocus our efforts to best support the people of East Renfrewshire, helping communities to look after themselves more and targeting resources where they are most needed.

To help us with this, we would like to hear your views on where you think the Council should focus our resources - this survey asks about what is important to you and your community.

This is your chance to have a say on the key areas which will shape our future decisions: (i) COVID Recovery, (ii) Climate Change, (iii) Living locally, (iv) Supporting our young people and vulnerable groups (v) Digital Council services, and (vi) Tackling the funding challenge.

Your feedback on these and other issues will help us to set out priorities and balance the budget for 2022/23 and beyond.
