ParentPay survey – Feedback from parents/carers

You will be aware that the Education Department is at the pilot implmentation stage of a new online school payment service in the following schools, Woodfarm High, Giffnock Primary, Thornliebank Primary, Braidbar Primary and Glen Family Centre in April 2016. This was in in response from parents/carers about limitations of the previous online service as well as to help the Education Department modernise work tasks.  Although the proposed new online service (ParentPay) is still quite new, we have already received some positive feedback and East Renfrewshire Council considers that it is an effective solution. The service offers functionality asked for by all users as part of the Digital Communication and Online School Payments Survey, issued October 2016 and has modernised work practice.

Before rolling out to the other schools within the authority we would however like to hear your views.
