Overview

As part of the Environment Department’s Change Programme, an As Is review is being undertaken of the Central Business Support function at Spiersbridge.  The purpose of this review is to gain a better understanding of the tasks undertaken by CBS, who they provide support and assistance to and why, and also to better understand how the team fits into the wider departmental operating model.

You have been sent this survey as you have been identified as a key stakeholder or customer of the CBS team.  The survey seeks to understand your thoughts and feelings of how well the CBS function supports you in your day-to-day work, your experience of the service provided and if the team meets your needs.

The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.  Your feedback will provide additional context around the CBS function and will form part of the findings of the report.
