Your views on our Monitoring & Evaluation Framework

This survey asks for your views on how we plan to measure progress on the Local Transport Strategy.

The Monitoring & Evaluation Framework sets out how the Council will monitor the Local Transport Strategy (LTS). It provides a structured approach to:

• Track whether transport policies and interventions are moving the authority towards its long‑term ambitions
• Assess progress against agreed Outcomes using available data
• Identify delivery gaps, data limitations and areas for refinement over time

The Framework is intended to be iterative, evolving as better data becomes available and as delivery programmes mature.
