The ‘Main Issues’ transport survey was carried out in the summer of 2023. This incorporated a public survey for East Renfrewshire residents (and other interested parties) and a survey of East Renfrewshire’s Citizen Panel, with 1,587 responses received.
The survey sought views on:
Getting around in East Renfrewshire, including views on various transport modes.
Travel habits, including views on how these can be changed.
Transport issues for East Renfrewshire.
Transport goals and priorities, including views on how identified transport goals can be delivered.
Your feedback (together with additional engagement feedback from individuals, stakeholders and young people) provided important evidence that has helped development, and has been reflected in, the Local Transport Strategy.
Findings are also valuable as we develop plans into the future.
